Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On August 31, 2011, the Company issued a press release containing its sales results for the four weeks ended August 28, 2011. A copy of the press release is included in Item 9.01.

(b) On August 31, 2011, the Company announced Jim Sinegal’s intention to step down as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2012. The Board of Directors has elected Craig Jelinek, currently President and Chief Operating Officer, as President and Chief Executive Officer effective January 1, 2012. Mr. Sinegal will remain with the Company through January 2013, serving in an advisory and transition role. Mr. Sinegal will remain a member of the Board of Directors and stand for re-election at the annual meeting in January 2012.
