On September 1, 2011, Central Vermont Public Service Corporation announced that the purchase of the Vermont Marble Power Division of Omya is complete. The Company issued a news release highlighting the key points of the transaction which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit 99.1.
