August 30, 2011- Clearwater, Florida - Nicholas Financial, Inc. (Nasdaq, NICK), announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $.10 per share on its common stock, to be paid on September 20, 2011 to shareholders of record as of September 13, 2011.
