Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
The following information is furnished pursuant to Item 7.01, “Regulation FD Disclosure.”
On August 29, 2011, HollyFrontier Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of its change of control offer to purchase for cash all of the Company’s outstanding 8.5% Senior Notes due 2016 and 6 7/8% Senior Notes due 2018 pursuant to a Change of Control Notice and Offer to Purchase dated July 27, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein in its entirety.
