     On August 26, 2011, Isabella Bank Corporation issued a press release announcing that the Corporation’s Board of Directors has declared a nineteen cent ($0.19) per share third quarter cash dividend.

     A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
