Effective as of August 23, 2011, each of Mr. Edward Frumkes and Mr. Joseph Merhi has resigned from the Board of Directors of Public Media Works, Inc. (the “Company”). Their resignations are not due to any disagreements with the Company known to any executive officer of the Company.
