Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On August 16, 2011, our contract with the South African Social Security Agency was extended for a further six-month period. The contract now expires on March 31, 2012. All other terms and conditions remain the same. A copy of the press release we issued announcing the extension is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
