Resignation of Mark Holcombe
On August 9, 2011, Mark Holcombe resigned as a director of Blacksands Petroleum, Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. In submitting his resignation, Mr. Holcombe did not express any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the registrant’s operations, policies or practices.
