Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 27, 2011 the Registrant issued a press release announcing the passage of the National Strategic and Critical Minerals Policy Act of 2011 from the United States House of Representatives Natural Resources Committee, and the establishment by the Company of a new head office in Lakewood, Colorado, USA, a suburb of Denver which is a short distance from the Bear Lodge project site in Wyoming. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
