On August 23, 2011, Cypress Semiconductor Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors has declared a dividend payment of $0.09 per share. The dividend is payable on October 20, 2011 to the stockholders of record on October 6, 2011. A copy of the Company’s press release relating to the dividend is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, and is incorporated by reference herein.
