     On August 24 and 25, 2011, Forrest E. Wylie, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Buckeye GP LLC (the “Partnership GP”), the general partner of Buckeye Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”), Clark C. Smith, President and Chief Operating Officer of the Partnership GP, and Keith E. St.Clair, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Partnership GP, are making presentations at the Citigroup One-on-One MLP/Midstream Infrastructure Conference. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K is a copy of the presentation materials to be used in connection with the presentations.
