On August 24, 2011, American Realty Capital Properties, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it expects to complete the sale of its shares of common stock in connection with its initial public offering on or about September 1, 2011 and then close its offering, as scheduled, on September 6, 2011 with trading on The NASDAQ Capital Market to commence the following day.
