UNIVEST CORPORATION DECLARES THIRD QUARTER DIVIDEND
SOUDERTON, Pa., August 19, 2011 — Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania (NASDAQ: UVSP), a full service financial institution with 135 years of experience in delivering financial solutions including personal and business banking, online banking, residential mortgages, insurance products, investments and wealth advisory solutions, declared today a $.20 per share quarterly cash dividend to be paid on October 3, 2011 to shareholders of record as of September 8, 2011.
