Explanatory Note
This Form 8-K is filed solely for the purpose of filing Exhibit 32.1 to the Comstock Homebuilding Companies, Inc. Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2011, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 12, 2011 (the “Form 10-Q”). Exhibit 32.1 filed with the Form 10-Q inadvertently included an incorrect date reference.
