Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 15, 2011, China Armco Metals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release to announce its financial results for its second fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
