Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 16, 2011, Bond Laboratories, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release highlighting some accomplishments from the Company's recent Form 10-Q. As indicated in the press release, the Company reported a 56% increase in revenue for the quarter ended June 30, 2011, to $3,169,476 from $2,027,925, as compared to the same period ended June 30,2010. Bond's year-to-date revenue grew 40% to $6,158,780 for the six months ended June 30,2011, as compared to $4,400,588 for the six months ended June 30, 2010. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
