In connection with Amendment No. 2 of the Quarterly Report of Studio II Brands, Inc. (the "Company") on Form 10-Q for the period ended December 31, 2010 (the “Report”), I, Cheung Sing, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, certify, pursuant to 18 U.S.C.
