ITEM 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 15, 2011, The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its fiscal 2011 full year and fourth quarter financial results. The release also includes the Company’s estimates related to its fiscal 2012 first quarter and full year net sales and diluted net earnings per common share. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
