Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 8, 2011, Salix Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. hosted a conference call to discuss the Company’s results for its second quarter ended June 30, 2011. A transcript of the conference call is furnished with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
