On August 8, 2011, Arrow Electronics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will launch an all-cash tender offer to acquire all of the common stock of Chip One Stop for a purchase price of ¥220,000 per share. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
