Item 2.02 Results of Operation and Financial Condition.
On August 9, 2011, Florida Bank Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it will release a recorded call which will review its quarterly results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011. The recorded call and an investor presentation will be available in the “About Us” section of the company’s website at www.flbank.com, starting at 8:00 a.m., Eastern Time on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 thru August 12, 2011. A copy of the related press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.The information included herein, as well as Exhibit 99.1 referenced herein, shall not be deemed “filed” for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (“Exchange Act”) nor shall it be deemed incorporated by reference in filings under the Securities Act of 1933 (the “Securities Act”).
