SRS Labs, Inc. (the “Company”) has appointed Maria Oppegard, age 37, to serve as the Company’s acting principal financial and accounting officer, pending the Company’s appointment of a successor Chief Financial Officer.  Ms. Oppegard has served as the Company’s Controller since June 2005.
