On August 4, 2011, the board of directors of Territorial Bancorp Inc. declared a dividend of $0.09 per share. The dividend will be paid on September 1, 2011 to stockholders of record as of August 18, 2011. A copy of the press release announcing the declaration is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
