Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
The following information is provided pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K, “Results of Operations and
Financial Condition,” and Item 7.01 of Form 8-K, “Regulation FD Disclosure.”
On August 4, 2011, Lear Corporation issued a press release reporting financial results for the
second quarter of 2011 and increasing its outlook for the full year of 2011 and its sales backlog.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference
herein.
On August 4, 2011, Lear Corporation made available the presentation slides attached hereto as
Exhibit 99.2 in a webcast of its second quarter 2011 earnings call. Exhibit 99.2 is incorporated
by reference herein.
