On August 2, 2011, management of Prosperity Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) presented information regarding the Company’s business and operational results for the second quarter ending June 30, 2011 to investors at the Keefe, Bruyette & Woods Annual Community Bank Conference in New York. The slide presentation given at this conference is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The foregoing description is qualified by reference to such exhibit.
