Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 27, 2011, A. H. Belo Corporation announced its consolidated financial results for the
quarter ended June 30, 2011. The Company also announced that the Company’s Board of Directors
declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share, payable on September 2, 2011 to shareholders
of record at the close of business on August 12, 2011. A copy of the announcement press release is
furnished with this report as Exhibit 99.1.
