Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On July 28, 2011, Vistaprint N.V. issued a press release announcing its financial results for
the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2011. The full text of the press release is
furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
