On July 22, 2011, Florida Bank Group, Inc. (the “Company”) received notification from the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta (the “FRB”) that the FRB did not object to the appointment of Mr. Gary J. Ward as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ward’s official appointment for this role began on July 22, 2011.
