Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 27, 2011, we announced the principal amounts of certain of our outstanding senior notes that have been tendered as of the early tender date under the previously announced cash tender offers for such notes. We also announced that we had accepted for purchase certain of these tendered notes. We expect to make payment for such accepted notes on July 29, 2011.
Nothing in this report should be construed as an offer to purchase our outstanding notes, as such offer is only being made upon the terms and is subject to the conditions set forth in our Offer to Purchase dated July 13, 2011 and the related Letter of Transmittal.
