ITEM 8.01 OTHER EVENTS
Conn-Selmer, Inc. (“Conn-Selmer”), a division of Steinway Musical Instruments, Inc., announced that its employees with Local 2359 of the United Auto Workers (the “UAW”) went on strike at Conn-Selmer’s Eastlake, Ohio band instrument manufacturing facility. The UAW represents approximately 230 employees (28% of the Conn-Selmer’s workforce). A copy of the press release, dated July 26, 2011 announcing the strike is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
