ATLANTA, GEORGIA, On July 26, 2011: Rollins, Inc., a nationwide consumer services company (NYSE:ROL), announced that the Board of Directors declared a regular cash dividend on its common stock of $0.07 per share payable September 9, 2011 to stockholders of record at the close of business August 10, 2011.   The Company hereby incorporates by reference herein the information set forth in its Press Release dated July 26, 2011, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
