Item 2.02. Results Of Operations And Financial Condition.
On July 27, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing financial and operating results for
its third fiscal quarter and the nine months ended June 30, 2011. This press release, which
includes the attached unaudited Statement of Earnings for the quarter, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1
hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
