On July 26, 2011, Keyuan Petrochemicals, Inc. (the “Company”) received a notice from Nasdaq Hearings Panel that Nasdaq Hearings Panel granted a stay of the delisting of the Company from The Nasdaq Stock Market pending the Company’s scheduled hearing to be held on August 25, 2011.
