SECTION 7 - REGULATION FD
Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 25, 2011, Douglas Lake Minerals Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that diamond drilling has commenced on its 100% owned Handeni West gold target at Kwandege. A total of 5,000 meters of drilling is planned for the first phase of exploratory drilling within an area of approximately 7.2 square kilometers of the currently defined target of 18 square kilometers.
A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
