Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 25, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing the hiring of Pete Meyers as Vice President of Ferrous Sales and Marketing, John Tiziani as Vice President and Chief Analytics Officer, and Rick Rothfuss as general manager of the Company's new Buffalo, New York-area shredding facility. The Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
