Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 25, 2011, Harris & Harris Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release disclosing that DuPont and Innovalight, Inc., had announced DuPont’s acquisition of Innovalight. The Company was an investor in privately held Innovalight. A copy of the Company's press release issued July 25, 2011, is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
