On July 13, 2011, iGATE Corporation issued a press release announcing that its majority-owned subsidiary, Patni Computer Systems Limited, will hold its earnings conference call on Monday, July 25, 2011 to discuss the results of its second quarter ended June 30, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
