On July 18, 2011, Sandra Taylor resigned from our Board of Directors. Ms. Taylor, who joined the Board in 2006, is leaving to devote more time to other recently expanded professional commitments, and her departure did not involve any disagreement on any matter relating to our operations, policies or practices.
