Item 8.01 Other Events.
On July 20, 2011, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that it has won seven additional contracts for flash flood early warning projects in Hebei Province and Beijing Municipality, together valued at $2.4 million.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
