PepsiCo Declares Dividend
PURCHASE, N.Y. — JULY 15, 2011 — The Board of Directors of PepsiCo, Inc. (NYSE: PEP) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.515 per share of PepsiCo common stock. The dividend is payable September 30, 2011, to shareholders of record on September 2, 2011. This quarterly dividend is a 7 percent increase versus the comparable year-earlier period.
