1 As we foreshadowed in the Company’s first quarter Form 10-Q, our adjusted EPS in the second quarter was impacted by the release of a portion of the valuation allowance against certain foreign deferred tax assets and the related accrual of tax reserves.  The net impact of these discrete items resulted in a 21.5% adjusted effective tax rate in the quarter.  At our current expected adjusted full-year tax rate of 34%, our adjusted EPS for the quarter would have been $0.40.
 
2 The Company reduced its full-year 2011 adjusted effective tax rate guidance from 35% to 34%.
