On July 19, 2011, Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that Lester Wong will join the Company as Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Legal Affairs, effective September 12, 2011. A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated by reference herein.
