Item 1.01 Entry Into A Material Definitive Agreement
On July 13, 2011, we entered into a new lease for our headquarters office space in Warren, Michigan with J.M. Land Co. J.M. Land Co. is a company owned by James Juliano, the Chairman of our Board of Directors. The lease is for a one year term beginning on May 1, 2011. The rent is $1,000 per month plus payment of the utilities of the building.
