Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officer; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.
On July 7, 2011, C. Bradford Harris tendered his resignation from Porter Bancorp, Inc., effective as of July 27, 2011. Mr. Harris stated that he is resigning to take a position with another company outside the banking industry.
