Explanatory Note
This Amendment No. 1 to the 8-K filed by DecisionPoint Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) on June 21, 2011 is being filed in order to include the letter regarding the change in the Company's certifying accountant from the Company’s former independent registered accounting firm, Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP, as Exhibit 16.1.
