On July 5, 2011, Worthington Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing that its Pressure Cylinders segment purchased the BernzOmatic business from Irwin Industrial Tool Company, a subsidiary of Newell Rubbermaid (“Bernz”).
