Item 2.01 Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On June 30, 2011, National Health Investors, Inc. (“The Company”) announced the completion of the funding of a previously announced construction loan of $11,870,000 to Sante Mesa, LLC. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
