ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
     On June 30, 2011, US Airways, Inc. announced its intention to make an offering, subject to market and other conditions, of approximately $53 million aggregate principal amount of Class C enhanced equipment trust certificates. The press release announcing the offering is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
