(b) | Effective June 30, 2011, and concurrent with the closure of Reliance Bank's Chandler, Arizona loan production office, David S. Matthews resigned as Reliance Bank's Phoenix Market President. The resignation was the result of the closure of the Chandler, Arizona loan production office and not related to any disagreements with Registrant's operations, policies and practices. |
