On June 30, 2011, the Compensation Oversight Committee of the Board of Directors of Pacific Capital Bancorp (the “Company”) approved an increase in the annual base salary of Mark K. Olson, the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, from $300,000 to $340,000.
